  • “Honest, smart, tough on the outside, inside he cares but doesn’t want people to know it.”
My husband fell in a small hole of rotted flooring in our apartment. The slumlord knew about it and never fixed it. The hospital never mentioned it in the emergency room records; they had written down the wrong information. Two other law firms took my husband’s case against the apartment complex and dropped it in part because of that. We told Mr. Wasser the information was wrong, and for some reason he believed us when others had not. We had moved out of the apartment after the injury. Mr. Wasser filed a lawsuit, got a court order to into the apartment complex three years later and ripped up the carpeting. He found the hole that the apartment complex said never existed and that they had never bothered to fix. They paid my husband $850,000. Now my husband can live out the remainder of his life with some form of dignity. I cannot express my gratitude… thank you Mr. Wasser. (Name withheld: confidential settlement)
  • “Gruff, funny, will not give up until the truth is known.”
My brother was murdered, and the uncharged murderer was set to cash in on the multiple life insurance policies. I was referred to Mr. Wasser by a good friend who had been a client of his previously and had given him high praise, and it was well deserved. He did everything possible to make sure my brother’s young child received the monies, which were substantial. He did not sleep, was put potentially in personal jeopardy. He was unbelievably successful; in truth we never thought he would win… but he did. Moreover, the police used his investigation to help them bring charges against the murderer with the new information he had uncovered. (Name withheld in light of ongoing criminal proceedings)
  • “If he believes in your case he will never stop fighting for you.”
Accident case where Mr. Wasser found a key witness that showed the Defendant was arguably lying about Mr. Correa causing the accident. – Ty Correa
  • “He saved my life.”
I was falsely accused of assaulting a police officer in the District of Columbia. For some reason Mr. Wasser believed what I had to say and that I had not done it. When we went to trial in the case, I was scared to death. Three officers testified in excruciating detail as to how I had assaulted the fourth officer with my car. Mr. Wasser discredited them thoroughly. Finally, the fourth officer got up on the stand and admitted that it was an accident. The judge found me immediately not guilty and discharged the jury. He then went on to become my big brother/mentor in a relationship that I value to this day and that continues. He helped turn my life around.
