Many of my clients have medical conditions that make them particularly vulnerable to falls.

They may be more prone to falls in venues that haven’t been kept up to safety standards.

I’ll tell you a little about a case I dealt with some years back. I can’t tell you too much, of course, but here’s the gist of it.

I had a client who slipped and fell due to a wet floor that was hard to see. While he was lying on the ground in agony, an employee snuck past him to put the Caution sign up… after the incident.

When he tried to get his rightful compensation on his own, without an attorney, the company responsible lied and said the sign was up when he fell.

The thing many people don’t realize about attorneys is that it’s really not our job to lie. We have the resources and knowledge to help you obtain true, verifiable information… such as surveillance tapes of the incident showing the employee putting the sign down after the fall.
